Utility Overview
The utility of $KOBAN in Cosmocadia and other Lucky Kat titles will extend beyond its initial use case post-launch. Additional utilities for $KOBAN will be continuously integrated over time, including new unique and cross-game functionalities. The $KOBAN utilities listed below and in Game Economies will be implemented gradually, when they are available it will be announced via social channels.
1. Events
Event Type 1: Events With In-Game Currency-Only Participation Fee
All in-game currency paid by players as events participation fees will be put into the events rewards pool.
Players will need to use in-game currency to pay for event participation.
For some large in-game currency-only participation events, $KOBAN tokens from the Game Rewards Pool will be used to reward winners.
Winners of in-game currency-only events will be rewarded with only in-game currency, or both in-game currency and $KOBAN tokens based on the events conditions, their events ratings, and prize pools.
Players won’t need to contribute their $KOBAN tokens to such events but would rather need to compete for a longer period of time, and complete certain additional tasks defined in future by the team.
Players eligible for such events will be defined based on open ranking and in-game statistics.
Event Type 2: Events With In-Game Currency + $KOBAN Participation Fee
Events Prize Pools
All in-game currency paid by players as event participation fees will be put into the event rewards pool.
$KOBAN tokens paid by players for participation in events will be used as follows:
80% of all tokens contributed by players for participation in the events will be allocated to the prize pool of a event to reward winners. Exact distribution rules, winning conditions and prizes will be defined for each event separately.
20% of all $KOBAN tokens contributed by players for participation will be considered as an Ecosystem Commission from events and will be distributed into the tokens pools as follows:

$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the Airdrops Pool for future incentivisation campaigns.
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the DeFi Pool.

2. Buy in-game assets
$KOBAN tokens will be used to participate in sales of exclusive NFTs with an incentive in the form of a purchase discount, for players who use $KOBAN instead of fiat or stable coins. Exact discounts will be defined by the Panzerdogs team for each NFT sale event.
Players will be able to exchange and trade NFTs, and at each trade there will be 2% royalty commission in $KOBAN tokens, and 3.5% royalty commission if any other transactional medium will be used.
All proceeds from NFTs sales and royalties from NFTs secondary market will be split in the ecosystem as follows:
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to Lucky Kat treasury.
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the Games Rewards Pool to incentivise players of future events.
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the Airdrops Pool for future incentivisation campaigns.
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the DeFi Pool.

3. Convert into in-game currency
$KOBAN tokens can be used by players to purchase in-game currency with a discount of 20%.
Tokens paid by players to purchase in-game currency will be sent to Lucky Kat treasury.
Tokens paid by players to purchase in-game currency will be sent to the Games Rewards Pool to incentivise players of future events.
Tokens paid by players to purchase in-game currency will be sent to the Airdrops Pool for future incentivisation campaigns.
Tokens paid by players to purchase in-game currency will be sent to the DeFi Pool.

Example:
Player wants to buy $100 worth of Gems
Player wants to use $KOBAN to make the purchase
Player pays $80 worth of $KOBAN to receive $100 worth of in-game currency.
4. Exclusive Boosts
In-game currency and $KOBAN tokens can be used by players to progress faster in game. There will be special boosts and improvements available for purchase only using $KOBAN tokens.
Players will be able to spend $KOBAN on upgrades, skipping timers, and speeding up progression.
Tokens paid by players for exclusive boosts will be sent to Lucky Kat treasury.
Tokens paid by players for exclusive boosts will be sent to the Games Rewards Pool to incentivise players of future events.
Tokens paid by players for exclusive boosts will be sent to the Airdrops Pool for future incentivisation campaigns.
Tokens paid by players for exclusive boosts will be sent to the DeFi Pool.

5. Cross-Games Transfers
Players will be able to transfer their in-game currency (gems) across all web3 games in the Lucky Kat ecosystem. The in-game currency will be moved with an exchange rate that varies depending on the difficulty level of the games between which the currency is being transferred.
Once a user wants to transfer their assets the value of assets will be estimated in $USD & in $KOBAN tokens. To execute the transaction players would need to pay 1.5% commission in $USD, or 0.75% in $KOBAN tokens.
$KOBAN tokens received as commission from cross-games transfer will be distributed into the tokens pools as follows:
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to Lucky Kat treasury.
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the Games Rewards Pool to incentivise players of future events.
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the Airdrops Pool for future incentivisation campaigns.
$KOBAN tokens will be sent to the DeFi Pool.

6. $KOBAN Staking
Stake $KOBAN to earn points and Panzerdogs NFTs.
Stake $KOBAN to enhance bonuses for collecting game resources.
Stake $KOBAN to earn special Panzerdogs Tool Skin NFTs in Cosmocadia.
There will be staking tiers and players will need to stake a defined amount of $KOBAN to comply for a certain tier. Based on the tier, players will gain additional in-game bonuses and will get access to premium NFTs and resource farming.
