In December 2021 Lucky Kat was acquired by Fragbite Group ($FRAG), a leading e-sports company listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. With our transition to play-to-earn games and Fragbite’s expertise in e-sports there are operational synergies and opportunities.
