🏝️Land types

Land comes in two variants: public and private. Public land can be accessed by everyone and is owned by the development team. Private land is an NFT and is owned by the user.

Public Land

Public land is free to play. Any player can join the public land. Public land will contain different shops, farming space, and a small private space for every user.

Public lands will be owned and managed by the development team. Public land will be added in a future update.

Private Land

Private land can be bought as an NFT on the marketplace or earned in events. Private land is released in batches. Public land is separate from the amount of private land available. Private land will be added in a future update.

Private land can be accessed by everyone, unless the owner or admin states otherwise and wishes to play with a selected set of fellow Cosmocadians. No one except the owner can make changes to the land, unless given permission by the owner or admin.

Use your private land to play with friends, or build your own experiences. Build a dungeon, a maze, a bar or different shops. Make a disco for people to hang out in, or create games for you and your friends to play.

Private land has different rarities, sizes, shape plots, and biomes. Private land rarity is based on the total grid size (surface area) of the generated land. A smaller grid size equals a lower rarity. Biomes do not affect the rarity of a private land. Private land has multiple benefits, including shorter timers when using appliances.
